SENIOR ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, CORPORATE BANKING
Reporting Line: Head, Corporate Banking

Location: Douala – Yaoundé, Cameroon Missions / Responsabilités / Activités JOB PURPOSEImplement the sales strategy in relation to clients in your portfolio and the
 management team's overall objectivesIdentify new clients and offer them suitable productsFollow up with prospective clientsListen to clients and anticipate their needsAdvise clients and recommend products that meet their needs and expectationsLiaise with internal departments within the bank to meet clients' expectations, with a view to ensuring their satisfaction and loyaltyDevelop the portfolio of clients and prospects under your responsibilityJOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key tasks and additional activities)Drive sales of the bank's products and services to corporate clientsEstablish new leads, secure meetings, pitch to clients and offer banking adviceOriginate commercial loans and identify cross-selling opportunities in every customer relationshipConnect priorities & challenges to Solutions in order to create value for the bank and its customersMaximize account profitability by selling other products and services to the bank's customersDrive collections in customer's account which will be used for FX and other businessesIdentify and develop banking relationships with conglomerates institutionsEnsure proper documentation throughout the credit application and availment processSourcing for and monitoring of customer's tenured investment / facilitiesRespond promptly and satisfactorily to customer's daily request and complaintsPrepare weekly and monthly statistics/performance reports for management useReconcile all transactions on customer's accounts where and when necessaryInitiate and carry out recovery action on non-performing credits facilitiesMaintain database of the customers operational records including the existing and prospective customer dataPerform other duties as assigned by the Head Corporate banking Compétences / Exigences / Qualités JOB DIMENSIONAt least (03) three years' professional experience in a similar roleKnowledge of banking internal processes and policies. A good understanding of the Financial Service SectorGood knowledge of Cameroon financial markets and regulatory requirementsSales and commercial negotiation techniquesAssemble the service proposalsAssemble the credit applicationsReporting methodsUsing Amplitude SoftwareJOB REQUIREMENTSA minimum of a four-year degree in banking and finance, business, marketing, an ITB Level II qualification, or any other related disciplineBilingualism (French – English) would be an advantageOffice software (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)Integrity / high level of Honesty and loyaltyGood interpersonal skills / Ability to listenOrganization / Methodical approach / Attention to detailSelf-controlStrong numerical skills Profil du candidat » Niveau d'expérience: Expérimenté
